任道远博士(后)副教授,硕士生导师,2018年毕业于陕西师范大学,获食品化学博士学位,攻博期间受国家留学基金委资助赴美国马萨诸塞大学阿默斯特分校联合培养1年主要研究方向为食品生化与营养代谢。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、中央高校科研业务基金2项,参与国家自然科学基金项目4项省级项目5项。获陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖(第二完成人)、二等奖(第三完成人)与陕西省科技进步二等奖(第三完成人)各1项。从事研究至今,以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文15担任Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry, Food & Function等本领域TOP期刊的审稿人
