个人简介

  张忠,博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师。2015年获中国科学院博士学位,2017年获批香江学者计划,并赴香港大学开展博士后研究工作。兼任澳门威斯人7026com食品化学教学团队系主任,陕西农业工程协会理事,陕西省科技特派员。在Sensors and Actuators B: ChemicalJournal of Hazardous MaterialFood Chemistry10多个期刊担任审稿人。

获奖情况:

1)博士毕业论文评为2016年度“中国科学院优秀博士学位论文”;

2)第十八届中国科协年会全国科技工作者创新创业大赛(陕西赛区)铜奖;

32015年度“中国科学院院长优秀奖”;

42011年诺维信杯“酶在食品工业中的应用”创意大赛二等奖;

52017年中国分析测试协会科学技术奖二等奖(CAIA奖)。
