袁莉女,博士,副教授。2014年获西北农林科技大学博士学位,荣获西安市科协青年托举人才。主要从事食品分子营养学和毒理学领域的相关教学与科研工作。主讲《食分子生物学》和《食品毒理学》课程。发表学术论文40余篇,授权发明专利1件,参编教材1部,参与获得陕西省高等学校科学技术一等奖和二等奖各1项。
