个人简介

刘梅,博士,副教授主要研究方向为食品化学,食品安全检测与质量安全控制。主要涉及食品及食品原料中真菌毒霉素、食源性致病菌、添加剂及抗生素残留的检测、评估;以及开发研制绿色杀菌材料的研究。

主持国家自然科学基金项目一项“基于共轭聚合物纳米粒子的化学发光生物传感的研究”21405101,已结题)主持陕西省科技厅农业公关项目两项“动物源性食品中药物残留的快速检测技术”2012K02-12,已结题“不同形貌纳米金制备及其杀菌性能在食源性致病菌检测中的应用研究”(2017NY-121,已结题)主持中央高校科研业务经费重点项目一项“基于适配体识别的真菌毒素光学检测技术研究”GK201802012,已结题)主持西安市科技厅农业公关项目一项“分子印迹技术在检测动物源食品中激素类兽药残留的应用研究”NC1119(2),已结题)目前主持陕西省重点研发计划项目(社发领域)“基于信号放大技术的食源性真菌毒素快速检测技术研究”2020SF-37,在研)一项;主持西安市科技计划项目一项20NYYF0019,在研);主持西果中心开放课题项目一项,“苹果汁有毒有害物质的检测及果品品质控制”(XGZX2021-G11,在研)先后参加国家自然科学基金项目两项,“碳纳米材料参与的液相化学发光及其在生物传感中的应用研究”,“基于功能脱氧核糖核酸的化学发光生物传感新方法研究”。分别获得省部级科学技术奖两项,省部级科学技术奖两项。
