 孔庆军1976.09,黑龙江省依安县人,博士(后),教授,博士生导师,现任陕西师范大学食工程与营养科学学院副院长,陕西省第九批“青年百人计划”特聘专家,新西兰奥克兰理工大学,访问学者。曾挂职陕西省商洛市商州区人民政府党组成员,副区长(2019-2020)。兼任西安市特色水果贮藏与保鲜重点实验室主任、陕西省农产品贮藏加工危害因子风险评估实验室副主任、国际学术刊物(Frontiers in PharmacologyIF=3.845)编委、国家自然科学项目通讯评审专家,中国植物病理学会产后病理学专业委员会委员、陕西省现代葡萄产业技术体系贮藏保鲜岗位专家、陕西省农业工程学会常务理事、陕西省及西安市科技特派员等,主要研究方向为采后水果营养与安全,以第一或通讯作者在J Ag Food Chem Food ChemFood ControlLWT - Food Sci TechCarbohyd PolymJ Chromatog B等食品国际SCI杂志发表论文30余篇,申请专利8项,授权专利一项,出版著作三部。先后主持国家自然科学基金3项,以及陕西省农业公关、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金项目10余项。

承担本科教学分析化学、食品检验与分析,硕士研究生现代食品加工技术与装备,博士研究生色谱联用分析技术;

究领域与研究生培养方向:

1) 果蔬采后关键品质因子保持的生物化学基础及调控机制:开展果蔬活性物质分离、结构鉴定,营养评价及生物合成等研究;

2) 果蔬采后病害控制与毒素降解机理研究;

3) 果蔬采后智能保鲜膜开发与应用研究。
